Never Commit Suicide

If we sit silently and think, at some point of time in our life due to some reason or the other for a fraction of second,felt like ending this life, due to the turmoils in our life. But, it happend that with our will power and right thought process were able to overcome this attitude and fight back. Suicide is not the easiest way to get relief from all our pains and problems in life.

Why do people commit Suicide ?

As per my understanding an individual takes decision to end his life when the brain is not able to accept, the change which has taken place or the fear of change that will take place. A human being can bear the physical pain being inflicted, but at times it beomes very difficult to bear the emotional pain and a mental state is devloped to get relieved of this pain by commiting suicide. Every human being during his existance seeks a companion to tide over the problems or hurdles of life by discissing his problems or expressing views.A person wants to confide his fears and anxious moments with some body. The person has confidence, that, to whom he is being confinding his emotions will keep it private and confidential. When we are not able to confide the feeling to some body and do not find a shoulder to put our head to pour out our emotions, think suicide is the only option to come out of the unbearable mental anxiety and restlessness. If you ever have a thought of commiting suicide,ask the following questions to yourself and write down the answer on a piece of paper.

To face the challanges of life when you feel that there is nothing left and no place to go, no person to confide your feelings, vist public places like Railway station , Bus Stand and observe the people. You will find many people who are having different type of physical disabilites,but,a strong will to fight back and overcome the challanges of life.We should consider our self fortunate and greatefull to God that we are at better state than those people.If they can fight back,then why not me? Move out of the situation for some time which makes you think to end your life. Visualise and remember the wonderfull monents you have spent with parents /family /friends. Devlope the art of giving It is not only money that a person can give. Give some time to the persons who need it. May be ana old un-know people,children, animals,nature. Forget what society will think, my fmaily will think, friends will think. First you are an individual and have full right to think about your self. People are so busy in themselves withing few days they will forget you.People do not remeber waht they ate two days ago. Never worry for the socail taboo. Live your life. It is your own body which you are going to harm and nobody else. find a person to speak out your problem. If you do not find any body write it down on a paper and leave it for some time and then read over it.You will have a solution to all your problems. If a problem exixts solution also exists. Life is a precious gift please do not end it. Do write your feedback.

The site is conceived and developed Prasoon Banerjee. Having no affiliation with any political or social organization as on Date i.e. 20th July 2021. The views expressed on the site are the personal view.

As a social responsibility I have written and uploaded this website. Facing the tough challenges of life at some point of time I realized, that many people among us commit suicide due to lack of support, guidance to handle their emotional stress. In a country of 100 million this topic is not discussed in public and people avoid to discuss it as a mental illness and people do not know whom to contact for solace.

I would feel blessed if ‘am able to make one person change his mind and can inspire him to live.
